Consultations

Our consultations are scheduled for 60 minutes. During this time, our registered migration agents and team will discuss your migration or education goals, assess your circumstances, and provide professional guidance on suitable pathways available to you. We may also explain the steps involved, discuss ways to strengthen your matter, and outline the next course of action.

Respectful Conduct

Big Dream Education Pty Ltd trading as Big Dream Education & Visa Services is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all staff and clients. We have zero tolerance for any form of disrespect, harassment, aggression, violence, or discrimination. If such behaviour occurs during a consultation, we reserve the right to immediately end the appointment without refund.

Payments, Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds

• All consultation fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly at admin@bigdreamvisa.com.au.
• We request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule request.
• Any cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $99 cancellation fee at our discretion. Any remaining balance may be refunded unless the appointment is rescheduled, at our discretion.
• Please note that payment processing fees charged by the payment platform are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or refund.
• In certain circumstances, Big Dream Education & Visa Services may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen events. If this occurs, we will make every effort to offer the earliest possible alternative appointment.
